Zanzibar Island
Just off the coast of mainland Tanzania is a pristine island chain known as Zanzibar. Characterised by white-sand beaches, clear turquoise waters and sleepy palm trees, Zanzibar really is the perfect way to end a visit to Tanzania.
I recommend spending at least 2 nights here at the end of your safari.
There’s an abundance of things to do in Zanzibar such as snorkelling, exploring Stone Town, eating delicious food and much more!
