I ask every customer for feedback at the end of their safari and each piece of feedback I take onboard. Whilst 98% of the of feedback is 100% positive, any critical feedback I receive, no matter how small, is noted down and passed to the tour company’s owner for them to ensure it doesn’t happen again. For example, someone told me that their guide seemed tired and so I passed the feedback to the tour operator who told me they’d implement more time off for guides between safaris.
